Country Bob's AllPurpose Sauce Review and Giveaway
Excerpt from website: It was 1968 when Country Bob Edson perfected his steak sauce recipe and he called it an All Purpose Sauce because it was more than just a steak sauce. Country Bob’s All Purpose Sauce has remained the flagship item since 1982 when Country Bob, Inc. was established.
Along the way we have been dedicated to offering our customers the best tasting and highest quality steak sauce or All Purpose Sauce (gluten free), Barbeque Sauce (gluten free), and Seasoning Salt available anywhere in the world.
To accomplish this we have placed our trust in God and we believe that goal has been achieved.
**
Indeed, the goal was achieved! This sauce is great! And, I am VERY picky about my sauces! lol...My husband, and my 7-1/2-year-old son agreed also! As soon as I received the box, I opened it up and opened up the bottle to the sauce. Yeah, the old dip the finger into the bottle routine. YUMMY! It had the original "tang" that we all love in BBQ sauces and steak sauces, yet it had a touch of sweetness that made it so good! It was a nice balance.
Included with the bottles of sauce was a recipe booklet. I looked through it and the meatloaf caught my eye. Never would have thought to put a sauce like this in a meatloaf, so I had to try it. I followed the directions exactly as outlined in the recipe, except I added more sauce, and it turned out delicious! And this recipe was sooooo easy and fast. Needless to say, we had NO leftovers! Here is the recipe:
Country Bob's Meatloaf
Ingredients At a Glance
Serves 4
1 1/2 lbs lean hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onions
12 crushed saltine crackers
2 eggs, beaten
1 T Country Bob's Seasoning Salt (or any seasoning salt that you may have)
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce (or may substitute Spicy)
1/4 cup milk
Methods/steps
Mix all ingredients together, place in baking dish, shape in loaf, pour a little more Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Yes it IS that simple, fast, and easy...and it is delicious!!!!
Country Bob's is allowing me to give away two bottles of their sauce to TWO lucky people!

Achieve Anything In Just One Year Book Review and Giveaway
I was given the chance to review a copy of the Achieve Anything In Just One Year book. And, I am so glad that I did get the opportunity to review this book! This is a fantastic book! Basically this book gives you a dose of daily inspiration and a kind of goal-setting for you to read every day for one whole year. To be honest, I read several passages out of this book because from the very first day, I was hooked and wanted to read more.
This is not your typical self-help book that goes beyond reasoning like some books I have read. This book advises you to do "simple" things that can help you achieve your goals in one year. This book opens up your mind for you to figure out just want you truly want to achieve and how to get there.
I also love that on each daily page that you read, it has a quote at the top of the page and these are fantastic quotes! Then it has a discussion of that day's topic and an assignment or task for you to do. These are realistic, simple tasks - yet they are tasks that can change your life!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this book! And, I feel that EVERYONE could benefit from this book!
Now, you have a chance to win a copy of your very own. Where could your life take you if you read this book? I am sure it can take you places to you have never known! Yes, I am that confident. This is a VERY inspirational book of motivation!
Achieve Anything In Just One Year also has its very own website to tell you more and to see what others are saying. Click here to read more and/or order. This would be a great gift - not only to yourself, but also to someone who needs that extra boost!

Contest To Win A Free Prize Box of Different Items
***IMPORTANT - REVISED WAYS TO ENTER*** (EASIER I THINK)
I started thinking about how some people really do not want to sign-up for e-mails, especially if they don't understand what is happening with the e-mails. SOOOO...I have a new set of rules to follow - simple, actually. Just like a regular giveaway.
And, here is a little bit more information about what I am sending. Trust me, you can fit A LOT of things in one of those flat-rate shipping boxes!!!!

Rainbow Brite CD Review and Giveaway - 5 Winners!
Have you heard? Rainbow Brite is back!
I remember Rainbow Brite from the '80s and I remember how colorful she and all of her friends were. Guess what? They are still that bright! I think the color scheme draws in the littler ones and I think it is great!
I was chosen by Mom Select and Hallmark to do a review and offer a giveaway of the new Rainbow Brite CD. This CD rom is great. It has the famous Rainbow Brite theme song, puzzles, games (one game that is similar to Bejeweled if you are familiar with that game - but more of a kid-friendly version), coloring pages that you can design and print off, and more.
The CD is geared towards kids for its ease of use. So don't be worried that your child will not be able to navigate through the sceens and activities. It should be no problem for them.
I have two sons, so I was waiting to see how my oldest son (will be in 8 years old in October) would respond to this "girly" CD. First of all, he asked "is this just for girls?" haha...Of course not I told him...it is what you make it out to be. So he popped in the CD in his computer and he began playing the games immediately. He really like the one that was similar to the Bejeweled game that I mentioned earlier. Okay, our family LOVES that game....
Anyhow, he played with this CD for about an hour....and, at the end, he still questioned, "was that for girls only?"...lol. Okay, maybe it is geared towards girls, but he still had some fun with it! So I am sure if you have girls, they will absolutely LOVE this!
Hallmark has announced that Rainbow Brite dolls can be purchased now at Target and soon will be released at Toys R Us. You can check out their site now to see what they have to say about Rainbow Brite.
And something else I noticed about the "new" Rainbow Brite. She is a little updated since we last saw her 20-some years ago, but she still looks great, colorful, and very cheerful! If you want to find out more about Rainbow Brite, you can click RainbowBrite.com and visit their site.

SNEAK PEEK: The Back-up Plan, starring Jennifer Lopez, coming out April 23, 2010
THE BACK-UP PLAN
The Back-up Plan is a comedy that explores dating, love, marriage and family “in reverse.”
After years of dating, Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) has decided waiting for the right one is taking too long. Determined to become a mother, she commits to a plan, makes an appointment and decides to go it alone. That same day, Zoe meets Stan (Alex O’Loughlin) – a man with real possibilities.
Trying to nurture a budding relationship and hide the early signs of pregnancy becomes a comedy of errors for Zoe and creates confusing signals for Stan. When Zoe nervously reveals the reason for her unpredictable behavior, Stan commits fully and says he’s in. Never before has love seen a courtship where a wild night of sex involves three in a bed – Stan, Zoe and the ever-present massive pregnancy pillow. Or, where “date night” consists of being the “focal point” at a near-stranger’s water birth which does for kiddie pools what “Jaws” did for swimming in the ocean. The real pregnancy test comes when both of them realize they really don’t know each other outside of hormonal chaos and birth preparations. With the nine month clock ticking, both begin to experience cold feet. Anyone can fall in love, get married and have a baby but doing it backwards in hyper-drive could be proof positive that they were made for each other.
Jennifer Lopez (Monster-In-Law, Shall We Dance) and Alex O’Loughlin (August Rush, “Three Rivers”) star in The Back-up Plan for CBS Films, the film division within CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS). The project, which commenced principal photography in Los Angeles on May 11, will debut in spring 2010.
Look at this blast from the past:
I always liked Tom Bosley. This movie, in my opinion, has a lot of great characters and, again, I cannot wait to watch it!
Here is a little bit about the producers and such: Alan Poul (“Swingtown” and “Six Feet Under”) is directing. Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch (The Pursuit of Happyness, Knowing) are producing through their Escape Artists banner. Kate Angelo (“Will & Grace,” “What About Brian”) wrote the screenplay.
THE TRAILER
Have you guys seen the previews for the upcoming release of The Back-up Plan? If not, check out their trailer by clicking here.
Doesn't this look like a great movie? I am too excited to see it!
