
Here has been my daily routine for the past several weeks:
3 a.m. - Go to bed.
7 a.m. - Get up and get my oldest son up and ready for school.
8 a.m. - Should lay back down but I usually just end up doing some things until I cannot stay awake anymore.
9:15 a.m. - Usually end up laying back down.
10:30 a.m. - Back up and getting my husbands clothes, lunch, etc ready for him to go to work.
1:10 p.m. - Say bye to my husband as he heads out the door.
2:00 p.m. - Struggling to stay awake....this is a bad time of the day...lol
3:20 p.m. - My oldest son gets home from school, so I fix him some lunch (snack).
6:00 p.m. - Cook dinner.
8:00 p.m. - Baths and get ready to put the kids in bed.
10:00 p.m. - STILL trying to get the kids in bed...
11:00 p.m. - Feeling lucky if the kids are in bed.
1:20 a.m. - My husband gets home and I talk to him until about 2:30 a.m.
3:00 a.m. - Finally go to sleep...and then this vicious cycle replays itself.
And in the midst of all of this, I am doing laundry, refereeing sibling fights, wishing that I could just take a nap but my youngest son is not fond of naps at all....blah.
My routine needs to change...no it HAS to change. I am tired and sick and sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am not accomplishing a whole lot right now. Any suggestions? I am open to ANY and ALL suggestions with this.
Plus, I am stuck being at home (which I really don't mind - just every now and then I really need to take care of business but I am so tired in the mornings that I don't feel like running out before my husband goes to work. And we only have one vehicle right now and it will probably take a few months before we get another one.
So if you have any suggestions, please tell me. I hate being tired and exhausted like this.
