As busy parents, we are always looking for quick, but tasty, meal ideas. I was excited to learn and try out Lawry's new spices and seasonings. Here are the new spice and seasoning packets:Each package is an exciting meal idea that quickly turns ordinary chicken, beef or pasta into a delicious meal the entire family will love.
The new varieties include:
Chimichurri Burrito Casserole - A few simple steps and you are going to have something very tasty on your hands! Also, on this packet, it gives you a short recipe on how you can make Mexican Lasagna using these spices. Lawry’s gives the Burrito casserole a new twist with this traditional Latin American sauce. With a few simple fresh ingredients, mealtime just got a lot more exciting.
Asian Style Beef & Broccoli - This is a very simple recipe: Heat oil, add broccoli, heat stir for 4 minutes. Add beef, cook and stir 5 minutes. Mix water, soy sauce, and seasoning mix and add to skillet. Voila! You have a tasty meal. And on the back of this packet, it gives you a super short recipe to make Orange Beef and Broccoli. This easy to prepare stir fry meal will remind your family of their favorite Asian restaurant. The dish combines beef, broccoli and seasonings with a hint of garlic. Serve it over rice for a complete, satisfying meal.
Tuscan Style Chicken Marsala with Garlic & Basil -We liked this one quite a bit. It really tasted authentic! Definitely a lot of garlic flavor, but we are garlic lovers! I am sure you Italian lovers will enjoy this! This effortless version of a restaurant favorite comes together on your stovetop with just a few fresh ingredients. Flavorful garlic and basil gives this meal its own Tuscan flair, perfect for serving over pasta or rice.
Mediterranean Sundried Tomato & Garlic Chicken - Again, another separate recipe on the back for Chicken Cacciatore Casserole - that sounds yummy to me! Add a taste of the Mediterranean to your family’s casserole. This easy to bake casserole combines chicken, pasta, tomatoes and Feta cheese for a flavorful meal any night of the week.
