I was watching today's episode of Dr. Oz (had to record most of it) and I was only able to watch the first 15 minutes of it, but he had some great tips for weight loss strategies, so I thought I would pass them on.
When Is The Best Time To Weigh Yourself? He stated around 6:30 a.m. (what, that is just when I am getting my good sleep in...lol). He said as soon as you get up from sleeping, go to the bathroom, and then weigh yourself. Makes sense to me.
When Is The Most Effective Time To Exercise? He stated at 6:35 a.m. Basically 5 minutes after you get out of bed and weigh yourself. He said that this would be the most efficient time for fat-burning because it is actually before you eat anything, thus, allowing your exercise to burn fat and not food that you just ate. Great point!
What Are The Proper Times To Eat? He stated 7:30 a.m. for breakfast, 12:00 noon for lunch, and 6:00 p.m. for dinner. Now you can adjust this as to when you get up. He said the main important things to remember are:
